Notice is hereby given that:
1. FM Custodians Limited, as mortgagee, under mortgage 5719909.5 (the "mortgage" and "mortgagee") over the property located at 2 Latimer Square, Christchurch (contained and described in Computer Freehold Register CB20K/603) (Canterbury Land Registry) ("the property"), took possession of the property and all chattels located
at the property secured by the mortgage and by the general security agreement registered on the Personal Properties Securities Register under Registration No. FR8J9928A821J92X/C0002 from Dorothys Properties Limited ("the mortgagor") on 6 October 2008 in accordance with section 137(1)(a) of the Property Law Act 2007.
2. This notice has been issued by FM Custodians
Limited by Jared Vaughan Ormsby, solicitor for
the above-named mortgagee, of the firm of Wynn Williams & Co.
3. The address for service of the above-named mortgagee is at the offices of Wynn Williams & Co, 7th Floor, BNZ House, 129 Hereford Street, Christchurch.
4. Documents for service on the above-named mortgagee may be left at the address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at PO Box 4341, Christchurch; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a Document Exchange for direction to DX WP 21518, Christchurch.
