To: Ewan Spencer Cole, of Upper Hutt, and Denis Frank Wood, of Khandallah, Wellington, as trustees of the Cole Family Trust and owners of the land at 8 Miro Street, Upper Hutt.
F M Custodians Limited, being the mortgagee of the above-mentioned land, hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of that land on the grounds that Ewan Spencer Cole and Denis Frank Wood are in default under a mortgage of that land to F M Custodians Limited.
1. The mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged land on 18 September 2008.
2. The description of the land is cinema complex at
8 Miro Street, Upper Hutt and being Lot 1, DP 31164 (Computer Freehold Register WN41D/342) (Wellington Land Registration District).
3. The address of the mortgagee is Level 5, 10 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
