Associated Retailers (NZ) Limited ("the mortgagee") gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on 9 September 2008, it entered into possession of the property subject to security agreements dated the 3rd day of April 2003 and 8th day of April 2003 respectively.
