Notice of Election to Manage Property
Pursuant to section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, Public Trust hereby gives notice that:
(a) Walter McCaul, tailor of Auckland (also known and described as Walter Allison McCaul, retired tailor of Waikomiti in the provincial district of Auckland), who died on 28 September 1904, is the owner of the property described in the Schedule hereto.
(b) Public Trust elects to become manager of the property, it being satisfied that it is advisable in terms of section 101(1) of the above Act.
Schedule
Those strips of land in the vicinity of Palmerston Road, Inkster Street and Pulman Street, Birkenhead, comprising an estate in fee simple in that land situated in the Borough
of Birkenhead being part of Allotment 64 of the Parish of Takapuna being the balance of the land contained in
part-cancelled Computer Freehold Register 567/28 limited as to parcels and title (North Auckland Registry). Subject to the rights of way created by Deed 30183.
The said strips being more particularly delineated as Sections 1–3 on SO S0369521, a copy of which is at the Office of Public Trust, Level 3, 205 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland.
