Notice is hereby given that:
ASL Mortgages Limited ("the mortgagee"), as mortgagee under mortgage 7506869.2 over the property located at 10 Campana Road, Papatoetoe, contained and described in Computer Freehold Register NA35A/960, North Auckland Land Registry ("the property"), has taken possession of the property from Azusa Street Limited ("the mortgagor") on 30 June 2008 in accordance with section 137(1)(c) of the Property Law Act 2007.
This notice is given by the solicitors for the mortgagee, whose address for service is at the offices of Harkness Henry & Co, Solicitors, 7th/8th Floors, KPMG Centre,
85 Alexandra Street, Hamilton.
All communications relating to the property should be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Harkness Henry & Co., Solicitors, Private Bag 3077, Hamilton; or
(b) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to Harkness Henry & Co., Solicitors, on (07) 839 4043.
