Notice is hereby given that:
1. ASL Mortgages Limited ("the mortgagee"), as mortgagee under mortgage 6677111.1 over the properties located at 10B, 10G and 11F Metrocity Apartments, 82 Wakefield Street, Auckland, described in Computer Unit Titles NA126D/724, NA126D/729 and NA126D/736, North Auckland Land Registry ("the units"), entered into possession of the units on 3 June 2008 in accordance with section 137(1)(b) of the Property Law Act 2007.
This notice is given by the solicitors for the mortgagee, whose address for service is at the offices of Harkness Henry & Co, Solicitors, 7th/8th Floors, KPMG Centre,
85 Alexandra Street, Hamilton.
All communications relating to the property should be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Harkness Henry & Co., Solicitors, Private Bag 3077, Hamilton; or
(b) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to Harkness Henry & Co., Solicitors, on (07) 839 4043.
