("the mortgagor") to Prudential Mortgage Nominees Limited ("the mortgagee"):
Notice is given as follows:
1. On Thursday, 5 June 2008, the mortgagee under the mortgage 7127121.3, Prudential Mortgage Nominees Limited entered into and took physical possession of
the mortgaged property.
2. The address of the mortgagee is care of its registered office at Level 2, Baigent Way, Christchurch.
3. The description of the mortgaged property is the
forestry block at 101 Waituna Road, Pahiatua Rural and more specifically being 41.2779 hectares Section 11 Block II Makuri Survey District and contained in Computer Freehold Registers WN24B/186, WN24B/187, WN24B/188 and WN24B/189.
4. The entry into possession is without prejudice to all
of the mortgagee's rights in respect of other security
it has over the mortgagor's property.
