Pursuant to Sections 137, 139 and 156 of the Property Law Act 2007
Notice is hereby given that 53 Shotover Street Limited ("the mortgagee"), as mortgagee under mortgage instrument 763690.3 over the property located at Unit 301, 53 Shotover Street, Queenstown, legally described as Unit 31 and Accessory Unit 31A DP 343692 (certificate of title 179371) ("the property"), entered into possession of the property on 4 June 2008.
This notice is given by Andrew Bryce Jack, solicitor for
the mortgagee, whose address for service is at the offices
of Macalister Todd Phillips, Level 3, O'Connell's Pavilion, corner of Beach and Camp Streets, Queenstown.
All communications relating to the property may be left at that address for service or:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Mactodd, PO Box 653, Queenstown; or
(b) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile on (03) 442 8116.
