Notice is hereby given that:
1. ASL Mortgages Limited ("the mortgagee"), as mortgagee under mortgage 5964715.2 over the property located at 28 Mount Hobson Road, Auckland, described in Computer Interest Register 82941, North Auckland ("the property") has taken peaceable possession of the property on 14 May 2008.
This notice is given by the solicitors for the mortgagee, whose address for service is at the offices of Harkness Henry & Co, Solicitors, 7th/8th Floors, KPMG Centre,
85 Alexandra Street, Hamilton.
All communications relating to the property should be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at Harkness Henry & Co., Solicitors, Private Bag 3077, Hamilton; or
(b) transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to Harkness Henry & Co., Solicitors, on (07) 839 4043.
