Notice of Appointment of Receiver of Income
Pursuant to Section 125 of the Property Law Act 1952
On 3 April 2008, the second mortgagee over property contained in Computer Freehold Registers NA1958/52 and NA145/133, appointed John Michael Gilbert, company director of Auckland, receiver of all income arising from those properties.
