Notice is hereby given that the liquidator's final report has been delivered to the Registrar and it is now intended
to remove the company from the New Zealand Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objections to the removal of the company, under section 321, must be delivered to the Registrar by 21 January 2009 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
