Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320(4) of the Companies Act 1993

On 17 June 2005, it was resolved by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Frederick Turvey Limited be liquidated.
I, Bruce Reginald Patterson, solicitor of Auckland, was appointed liquidator for that purpose.
I intend to apply to have the company removed from the New Zealand Companies Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that my final report and statement of realisation and distribution in respect of the liquidation have been completed.
Any objections to the removal of the company from the New Zealand Companies Register may be made, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, and delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days after the publication of this notice.
