Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act")
We advise that Asian Paints (SP) Ltd, whose registered office is at 277D Neilson Street, Onehunga, Auckland, wishes to be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant
to section 341(1)(a), as the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
Any objection to this removal must be in writing, under section 321 of the Act, and delivered to the Registrar not later than 1 December 2008 (being a date not less than
20 working days after the date of this notice).
