Public Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
I, Won-Hee Lee, director of Hana Tour Auckland Limited, whose registered office is situated at Suite 4, 5th Floor,
300 Queen Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 14 November 2008.
