Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of
the Above-named Company From the
New Zealand Register
Pursuant to Section 353 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned applicant proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland after 8 November 2008, pursuant to section 351 of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of ARGIS Limited, whose registered office is situated at care of Chapman Tripp, Level 17, 10 Customhouse Quay, Wellington, from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in the State of Victoria, Australia.
