Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
The liquidator of the above-named company hereby gives notice that, pursuant to sections 320(2) and 320(4) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), that the liquidator intends
to require the Registrar of Companies ("the Registrar") to remove the company from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties in relation to the liquidation and has sent the prescribed documents to
the Registrar for registration.
The date by which an objection, under section 321 of the Act, to the removal of the company from the Register stating the grounds for such objection must be delivered to the Registrar is 29 February 2008.
