Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
We, Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountant, and Shaun Neil Adams, insolvency practitioner, both of BDO Spicers, Auckland, joint liquidators of the above-named companies, whose registered office is situated at Level 8, Rifleman Tower, 120 Albert Street, Auckland 1010, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies
from the New Zealand Register.
Any objection to the removal of these companies, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 28 February 2008.
