Pursuant to Section 341(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that SAI Global Limited proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of SAI Global Limited (New Zealand Branch) from the Register upon the grounds that the company will cease to carry on business in New Zealand on 31 October 2008.
