Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the
Above-named Companies From the Register

Notice is hereby given that I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Rayland Group Limited and New Zealand Institute of Studies Limited
(both in liquidation), the registered office of both companies being at 39A Torrance Street, Epsom, Auckland, from
the New Zealand Register on the grounds that I have
filed with the Registrar my final reports and accounts on
the liquidations and it is intended that the companies be removed from the New Zealand Register.
Unless, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, written objections to the removals are delivered to the Registrar before 8 August 2008, the Registrar is obliged to remove the companies from the Register.
