the Register

The liquidation of the above-named company has now been completed.
The final liquidator’s report has been sent to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 257 of the Companies Act 1993, together with a request that the company be removed from the Companies Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.
Any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 18 July 2008.
