Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Above-named Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), of the intention to remove Vincent Air Support Limited from the Companies Register, under section 318(1)(d) of the Act, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
Any objection to the removal, under section 318 of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar of Companies, together with the grounds for such objection, no later than 20 working days from the date of this notice.
