Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
I, Mark van Rossem, liquidator of Remuera Dental Accident and Emergency Clinic Limited (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at Level 2, 60–64 Upper Queen Street, Newton, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar my final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the Register.
The date by which an objection, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar is 31 May 2008.
