I, Jurgen W. Herbke, hereby give notice that I have applied to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland for the removal of the above-named company, having its registered office at 17 Lorien Place, East Tamaki, Auckland, from the Register of Companies on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business and has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies by 23 May 2008, the company will be removed from the Register.
