Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of the Company From the Overseas Register
Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned director, intend to apply to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Larkins Business Management Pty Ltd from the
New Zealand Overseas Register on the grounds that
the company will cease to carry on business in New Zealand as from 15 June 2007, pursuant to a directors’ resolution.
Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, is sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies by a date not less not less than three months from the date of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
