I, Jurgen W. Herbke, hereby give notice that I have applied to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland for the removal of the above-named company, having its registered office at Porto Road, Dargaville, on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business and has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors.
Unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies by 25 April 2008, the company will be removed from the Register.
