Section 26(3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of these trust boards ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:
Sisters of Mercy (Diocese of Christchurch) Trust Board 211226 (10 February 2006).
Sisters of Mercy (Roman Catholic Diocese of Auckland) 211979 (10 February 2006).
The Sisters of Mercy (Wellington) Trust Board 499270 (10 February 2006).
With this publication such trusts are revived from the date of dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.
