Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in
New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that Husqvarna Outdoor Products Pty Limited intends to cease carrying on business in
New Zealand and on or after 12 March 2009, will give notice, under section 341(1)(b) of the Act, to remove Husqvarna Outdoor Products Pty Limited from the Overseas Companies Register.
