Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in
New Zealand
Notice is given that Nabors Drilling International Limited, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will apply to be removed from the New Zealand Register
of Companies.
Unless written objection to such removal is delivered to the Registrar within three months from the date of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
