Notice of Intention of Overseas Company Ceasing to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Ezypay Pty Limited gives notice, under section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, that it intends to cease to carry
on business in New Zealand and will make application to
be removed from the New Zealand Register of Overseas Companies.
Unless written objection to such removal is sent to the Registrar at Auckland within three months from the date
of this notice, the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
