Pursuant to Section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Thales ATM Pty Ltd intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
A notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, not earlier than three months from the date of this notice.
