Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, Alex Fraser Demolitions Pty. Ltd., a company incorporated in Australia, gives notice that after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice it intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand.
