Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pt Garuda Indonesia gives notice, under section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, that it intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will make application to be removed from the New Zealand Register of Overseas Companies not less than three months from the date of publication of this notice.
