Public Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993
Pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, the company gives notice that after the expiration of 3 months from the date of this notice, the company will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
The removal of Rio Tinto Mining & Exploration Limited will have no effect on the continuing activities of Rio Tinto Exploration Pty Limited, which is registered, pursuant to section 337(1) of the Companies Act 1993, and carries on business in New Zealand in relation to Prospecting Permit 39287.
