Notice by Overseas Company of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993
(“the Act”), I advise that Impulse Marketing Concepts Pty Ltd, with its registered office at Ground Floor, 33 Karaka Street, Newton, Auckland, wishes to be removed from the New Zealand Register, pursuant to section 341(1)(d)(i), as the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
Any objection to this removal must be made in writing, under section 321 of the Act, and delivered to the Registrar not later than 15 August 2008.
