The management of Village Roadshow Manakau Cinemas Pty. Limited hereby gives public notice of its intention to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
The management of Village Roadshow Manakau Cinemas Pty. Limited intend to file with the Companies Office the necessary documentation to remove the company from
the Overseas Register on or after 24 April 2008 (being a date not less than three months from the date of this public notice), in accordance with section 341(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993.
