Public notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, National Mortgage Company Pty Ltd, a company incorporated in Australia but having a place of business in New Zealand at Masterton, intends to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand as from 30 April 2008.
