Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that Bayer CropScience Pty Ltd,
a company incorporated in Australia, but having a place of business in New Zealand, intends to cease to have a place
of business in New Zealand and, not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice, will
give notice to the Registrar of Companies stating that, as
of 16 June 2008, it will cease to carry on business in
New Zealand.
