Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Conditional Notice of Order Prohibiting a Bankrupt Engaging in Business After Discharge
The following order was made in the Wellington High
Court on 8 September 2008, that, pursuant to section 111
of the Insolvency Act 1967, Killick, Barry Percy, of
4 Kaka Street, Waikanae, was conditionally discharged from bankruptcy and is prohibited without leave and until further Order of the Court from:
(a) entering into or carrying on any business or class
of business either alone or in partnership with any person;
(b) being engaged in the management or control of
any business carried on by or on behalf of, or being in the employ of any of the following persons, namely, the respondent’s wife, lineal ancestor or descendant of the respondent, the wife or husband
of such an ancestor or descendent, a brother of the respondent, the wife of such a brother, a sister of
the respondent, and the husband of such a sister; and
(a) acting as a director or taking part directly or indirectly in the management of any company or class of company.
