Notice of Orders Annulling Adjudications
The order of adjudication dated 9 April 2008 against Emtage, Natalie, 2 Woollams Road, Onetangi, Waiheke Island, was annulled pursuant to section 307(1)(a) of the Insolvency Act 2006, with effect from 9 April 2008.
The order of adjudication dated 1 November 2006 against Hale, Stephen Warren, 2 Towra Place, Howick, Auckland, was annulled by order of the Auckland High Court, pursuant to section 119(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from 12 December 2007.
The order of adjudication dated 3 October 2007 against Miller, David Michael Samuels, 8 Gails Drive, Okura, RD 2, Albany, Auckland, was annulled by order of the Auckland High Court, pursuant to section 119(1)(b) of
the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from 8 April 2008.
The order of adjudication dated 31 March 2006 against Vassallo, Grant John, 199A Stafford Drive, Nelson, was annulled by order of the Nelson High Court, pursuant to section 119(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from 25 February 2008.
