Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Order Annulling an Adjudication
The order of adjudication dated 28 November 2007
against Parker, Richard James, 2/424 Hillsborough Road, Hillsborough, Auckland, was annulled by order of the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to sections 119(1)(b) and (c) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from 30 January 2008.
