Take notice that on 18 November 2008, an application
for putting Matthews Farming Co Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at
New Plymouth.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
New Plymouth on Wednesday, 28 January 2009 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
