Take notice that on 24 October 2008, an application for putting Seafarers Centre (2007) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at
Rotorua on Wednesday, 28 January 2009 at 10.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
