Take notice that on Tuesday, 11 November 2008, an application for putting PI New Zealand Investment Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in
the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 28 January 2009 at 11.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Brookfields Lawyers (suing as a firm), whose address for service is 11th Floor, 19 Victoria Street West, Auckland.
