Take notice that on 20 December 2007, an application to put Design Zoo Wellington Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on 3 March 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Independence Studios Pty Limited, whose address for service is c/o Saunders Robinson Brown, Level 4, 227 Cambridge Terrace (PO Box 39), Christchurch.
