Take notice that on 17 November 2008, an application for putting NZ Artisan Bread Company (2006) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 4 February 2009 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Her Majesty The Queen, acting by and through the Minster of Land Information by his agent
NZ Transport Agency, whose address for service is at
the offices of Chapman Tripp Sheffield Young, Solicitors, Level 35, ANZ Centre, 23–29 Albert Street, Auckland.
