Take notice that on 5 November 2008, an application for putting Ponson International Investment Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, 22 January 2008 at 11.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Zhenyun Li, whose address for service is
at the offices of Yu Lawyers, 711 Dominion Road (PO Box 96135), Balmoral, Auckland.
