Take notice that on 13 November 2007, an application
for putting Central Strata Management Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Wednesday, 9 April 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Escrow Holdings Forty-One Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Corporate Collections Limited, 187 Mt Eden Road, Mt Eden, Auckland.
