Take notice that on 4 November 2008, an application for putting Wasan International Co., Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Friday, 19 December 2008 at 11.45am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Jang Ki Baek, whose address for service
is at the offices of the plaintiff’s solicitor, KBS Lawyers, Suite 202, Westfield Tower, Westfield Pakuranga, corner of Pakuranga Way and Ti Rakau Drive, Pakuranga, Auckland.

or may be transmitted to the plaintiff’s solicitor by facsimile
