Take notice that on 12 September 2008, an application for putting Mauch Investments Limited (in receivership) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 17 December 2008 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Bank of New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, Level 22, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street (PO Box 4199, DX CP
20509), Auckland.
