Take notice that on 10 November 2008, an application for putting Golden Fortune Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on 19 January 2009 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is David Reid Homes (Canterbury) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Lane Neave, Lawyers, Level 15, PricewaterhouseCoopers Centre, 119 Armagh Street (PO Box 13149), Christchurch.
